"Poor value and poor hygiene"

Nothing to reach out as positive

Room smelt, tiles in bathroom grouting damaged and lose, carpets dirty. Bed old and mattress dead. Small and dirty TV and remote. No water in room. Food was poor. No area showing Sky sports. Many parts of hotel run down. Staff appeared half asleep, poorly trained or just didn't care. No chance of going back!

Friendly welcome. Nice dinner and decent breakfast. Good location. That's it for the likes I'm afraid,

Very tired decor. Our room and main areas need a massive refurb / update. Tiny sachets of toiletries for 2 people sharing a room. Probably the worst shower I have ever encountered in an hotel - pressure absolutely rubbish. Having to pay for car parking.
