IN1st . I was booked through booking.com with an ac facility. So the receptionist gave me a non ac facility room. The was not prepared. 2nd. When I completed he shifted room at night 12.30, room no 202. Here ac was running but not working. The room was too hot. In the bathroom there was no mug. Tap was broken. 1st I used my room without ac facility and bathroom facilities. But I was paid full. Last day I was shifted to another room no 204, this is better than previous rooms. But the room did not match the rent amount. A thing I understand is that their policy is first they tell customers no ac rooms are vacant. After giving an ac room they tell everyone when they notice the ac was not working, will be repaired tomorrow.
