When I reached the location ststed in my booking in lajpatnagar 1, no hotel was there. Calling them they describe a wrong building and wrong apartment, the resident of that apartment was surprised by my question about a hotel. Then they switched off their number. Calling them from a friend phone they denied my reservation and still described the same building and apartment as a hotel! This is fake. I reported to booking.com and waiting for a response.

The receptionist didn't know single word in English I am from Tamil Nadu I don't speak Hindi I tried to communicate with him in English but he is uneducated and fool and he made fun of me for not speaking Hindi

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room is okay but needs to be clean What truly set my stay apart, however, was the incredible staff. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were courteous, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or accommodating a last-minute request, the staff's professionalism and warmth made a lasting impression. Overall, This hotel meets my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay, backed by an outstanding team. I will be returning on my next visit!

Stayed there for two weeks. The staff was the best. They made sure that our stay was not just comfortable but always tried to do a bit more to help us whenever required. They were all very COURTEOUS and kind especially Shyamu from housekeeping and the Front office manager Aditya And Rakesh who helped us sort out the breakfast charges. For breakfast, the staff told us to order anything we wanted and they would prepare it for us as we might get bored with the same food every day. What a service. Rooms do need a bit of an upkeep with broken lights and dusty corners but nothing major to complain about. The breakfast menu needs to be worked on as the chefs are skilled and I am sure they can do better.
