Spacious 3-Bed Waterfront Apartment

It was a phenomenal location- very centrally located and beautiful view. It was lovely to sit on the deck and watch the harbor.

A beautiful apartment in an excellent location right on the harbour. Good quality furniture and complete with everything you need for a short stay.

The management company are situated a 10 minute walk away. They send quite a few automated emails but have zero follow up. A week before we arrived we received a message saying that we would receive check in information soon - this never arrived. The printed information about the WiFi and password was incorrect and we were told the wrong location for the rubbish collection. The day before we left we were offered a late check out and despite replying immediately expressing interest we heard nothing more. We had to actually visit them to ask about the late check out only to be told it was not possible as another guest was coming in. There are many identical apartments with a variety of management agents - I would definitely try to book with anyone else.

The location, the views, how big the apartment is, the high ceilings, the cleanliness and the aesthetics

Private parking is only given if available, so the only downside was paying for the public carpark which can be quite costly.
