Spacious 3-Bed Waterfront Apartment

Location and the facility were exceptional.

Getting the keys upon arrival required us to go to another location to pick them up. The walking distance was not that convenient.

Super location. Nice size unit. Great kitchen fully supplied with everything. Great view. Close to all the action in Auckland. Quiet in unit.

The location is superb, downtown with an absolute waterfront view.

La deuxième chambre était un peu petite, et surtout la salle de bain qui disposait d’une baignoire sans pommeau de douche .

Another great stay in this very well appointed and roomy apartment. Very comfortable, really good location and fantastic views.

Key pick up was quite painful. 2 phone calls prior to assure key would be where advertised. It wasn’t. I had discussed why we wouldn’t have a phone at that time. Luckily helped by nearby cafe to ring office near end of office hours. Key got delivered quickly after.

The location was good overall. The set up was good for a family and easy commute to town/viaduct area. Staff were quick to assist where needed.

Couple of issues - The top bedroom did not have air conditioning and was super hot (fan did very little). The shower step leached colour onto the mat and floor which did not have a fan/drainage. Kitchen not set up for handwashing dishes - no draining board.
