Spectacular Studio Apartment near to Old Trafford stadium

No hot water running from taps

Location was decent 15 minute bus trip to the Trafford center and close to cricket. However the area is extremely rough so I would be very cautious of this. Communication was quick

Disgusting! Avoid this apartment, broken blinds, stained dirty pillows, broken toilet, broken sofa bed, and weed smell everywhere. The company was made aware of all these issues and could not offer any compensation refund or any other result. We were extremely disappointed with our stay we dreaded to return to our accommodation after a day out, not worth the money best booking a high brand hotel. We didn’t expect perfection but not even the bare minimum was shown here and for £250 it is ridiculous

The apartment is nice: it is like in the pics, just not that glossy, but a bit more on the shabby side. We found the position perfect as it was close to the metro station and a supermarket, although the lobby and the surrounding area felt a bit shady. The apartment comes with full amenities, but, for some unknown reasons, they do not provide a hair dryer.

The sliding door of the bathroom is not embedded in the wall, so there is a gap between the door and the wall. That means that whoever sits on the toilet can see the room through the gap, and whoever is in the room could see the person on the toilet through the gap - so maybe not the most comfortable situation if you are not super close with the person you are travelling with. In addition, there is no hair dryer and when we asked for one we were not provided it. Lastly, there is a weird smell coming up the sink in the kitchen, so it might be better to check the drain.

The television didn’t have bbc1,2 and3 just films ,didn’t have any instructions on how to do the hob and oven

Convenient, clean, modern apartment. Kitchen was great to have and bed was comfy. Close to tram stop to get around the city. Perfect for short stay

Hand soap was run out and low on toilet paper on arrival. Coffee, sugar and other canisters in the kitchen also empty. Would be nice to have these small touches for comfort of stay
