Historic Unique Castle Apartment in Central Perth

The apartment is in a great location for visiting Perth and the surrounding area and is in a really quiet location. It was spotlessly clean.

The apartment has been “renovated” on a minimum budget. Everything is cheap and not well done. It has zero feeling of being in a castle (except for the deep windowsills), is dark with very low ceilings (hit my head of two of the light fixtures a few times) and is damp. We are both asthmatics and wouldn’t have been able to stay more than the three nights we were there. We suspect that there is quite a lot of mould under the floors, etc. as we both got wheezy. A shame as we loved Perth but compared to our Airbnb the next four nights in Northumberland it was chalk and cheese and our second bnb was £20 a night cheaper. We felt let down by the whole experience and wouldn’t stay again even though my two ore-requisites of clean and quiet were met.

Good location and parking on site. Hosts very friendly. Nice apartment. Furnished and equipped well. Easy to find and all the instructions were straight forward and easy to follow.

If I was to be picky the Single bed mattress were a bit lumpy could do with a topper or new ones but it wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

The place was very different. We stay in the a really castle. The area was very quiet. The living room was huge and the bedrooms were well organized.

The bathroom shower was electric but very old style. It was hard to set up the correct temperature.

Great & Friendly Communications with Hosts. House itself is a gem! Comfortable, spacious & provides everything you could need. We were very happy here and would Recommend !!! Many Thanks , it was a great stay!

Location less than 10mins from Pert centre, shops and restaurants. Comfy home wall equipped kitchen. Cozy and warm.

Nothing other than shower enclosure could be larger
