"Disappointing"

It was clean and loved our view but having as many problems we had ruined the good things.

Had multiple problems through my stay. On the first day the TV in the bedroom wasn’t working it didn’t get fixed till late the 2nd night also hot water heater wasn’t working properly through the whole stay. The stove had one burner not working until the 3rd day. It said there was a washer and dryer but there was only a dryer there. Was told it was a queen bed but it turned out there was only a full size bed. Then on the morning of July 10th there was no internet service called and complained turned out bill wasn’t paid. Finally got internet service at 8:15pm that night. Because if that I lost a days pay (over $200.00 loss pay) because I couldn’t do my work. My boss actually thought I was lying there was no internet. I kept contact with the manager trying to get the internet back on all day she didn’t seem to care I lost a days pay. For the amount of money I paid plus losing a days pay I didn’t get my money worth. Also the smoke detector was missing which I also told the manager about.

Everything in the flat is new, nice, clean, easy to manage. Good communication,

About the size of the bed, it was written queen size but it was 2 people bed (Peruvian double bed is even smaller than a double bed in europe). So we couldn't fit with my kids. The couch in the living room was ok but the beddings were low quality and there was not blanket for the couch. The doors of the balcony was letting all the sound of the traffic get in to the flat.

apartment located on a second floor of a 20 floor building, it was across a busy street, car noises and traffic during morning and evenning.

"Don’t go there"

We have been overcharged 200usd for smoking in the apartment when no one of the guests was smoking. We found hair everywhere in the appartment, the check in was really long we wait 2hours front of the door

"We were robbed while staying here."

Please stay away from Globalstay. We were robbed. The company carelessly shares your key with people, and they will use it to enter your unit when you're absent. We caught the STAFF stealing in our apartment (see pictures). The police were called to the property, and a report was filed, yet the company refuses to take any responsibility. Please value your safety, and do not book this property.

"Communications with property was poor and took a long time"

Restaurants are good and very accessible. People are friendly. I like Peruvian music
