Would’ve been great to have clean sheets and a clean floor. A vaccume cleaner goes a long way

Beautiful building and the information you are sent by them before your stay is amazing 🤩, they send a video walk through of the property and your room, a video of how to use heating and provide you with such detail information regarding your stay. Extremely helpful and I had an issue with the trains as was huge delays and they were so helpful and responded to messages immediately. Couldn’t fault the service, walking distance to city, I would definitely stay again and would recommend. Thank you for such a lovely stay. Xx

The heater wasn’t working. Also the bed was not comfortable and clean . Pathetic property for this price. Neither I would recommend this property nor booking.com as a trusted portal

Really unsafe. Our room was in the attic, with a strange man in the room next door. Kept coming out of his room and standing outside our door. We left in the middle of the night because we were so scared. None of the facilities worked, the hotel didn’t feel like a real hotel, felt like there was something more sinister going on. When we came back to our room after being out in the evening, the whole room stunk of smoke as if someone had been in there. An alarm went off inside the bed at 3am which was the final straw and we left. AVOID!!

Absolutely nothing! It was the WORST room I have ever stayed in, from the facilities to the location and the difficulty finding the address and accessing the apartment, and most importantly - the SHOCKING state of the bed linen.

Our bedding had not been washed and cleaned prior to us arriving - it was covered in head hair and pubic hair from previous guests. We have video footage to prove it. There was a hole kicked into the wall/wallpaper that had not been repaired. The shower head attachment was broken and fell off consistently whilst showering. The piping of the toilet and basin is exposed. The heater in the bathroom fell off onto the floor when we turned it on (we were able to temporarily place it back onto the nails in the wall). The apartment did not smell clean, and the overall cleanliness and sanitary levels were ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH ANY COST PER NIGHT. Further more, the property we stayed in looked absolutely nothing like the pictures that were provided to Booking.com. False advertising and incredibly poor hygiene standards! We had informed the host and have since received nothing in response, despite us needing to leave the apartment at 10PM in the evening. We booked a room at Midland Hotel in the city, owing to the fact that we were certainly not comfortable with sleeping in that room.
