Nice appearance, tidy.

The shower would only work on cold or boiling hot so we could not use it. The cups smelled of mould, we had to deep clean everything before we used. Just would have expected a little more from the price paid.

Good location

Should have stated bathroom is shared with other guests. Not in the room itself Beds were very uncomfortable. Could feel the springs and hurt really bad

I booked a double room with en suite facilities. I was advised that toilet facilities were accessed via a shared corridor. I requested private toilet facilities due to disability reasons. The host then changed my booking to a single room with a private toilet which was broken and no shower. I could only contact the host via the app. The host did again change my room to a double with full private bathroom facilities on the very top floor. The stairs were problematic due to disability reasons. On booking into the room we stayed in, we noticed that the bed linen was heavily stained in a number of places. We opened the skylight window and a screw fell out. The furniture was very cheap, and so we were afraid to use the drawers and kitchen in case they broke. There were chipped glasses in the kitchen which were dangerous. The room was not at all as described.

The bed sheets weren't clean, there was hair on the pillow covers from previous tennants and the room seemed bigger in pictures than it was.

Only thing it had going for it was the 10 minute bus ride into the city!

Grim! Smelt of damp. Lino stained with damp spots. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Windows and toilet filthy. The tap in the bathroom constantly ran as the washer had gone on it so it wouldn't turn off. Bathroom units are water damaged in the bathroom. Dried and mouldy coffee in a glass in the kitchenette (I cleaned it out before we left as it was vile). Fridge smelt. Bedding was old and bobbly. Pillows 1 each and like a hard wafer so rubbish nights sleep. Bed was really uncomfortable due to cheap mattress. We were in the room right next to the front door and people coming and going at all hours constantly slamming the door and then thundering up and down the stairs was awful. A sign about being respectful to other guests put on the front door along with the multiple ones regarding which wheelie bin to put your rubbish in might help! Totally over priced for what it is at 95 quid a night! Thank God we only had to stay for two nights!

I like that there was enough information provided and smooth check in with keys and codes.

- The bed sheets didn’t look clean at all. Almost like there was fungus on them. The backside of the pillow also had some like of brown marks. - The water pressure in the shower was very low - The 10am strict checkout time is too early

The key safe is a great idea, if you knew which key out of the 3 available was needed, there was no differentiation between 3 keys so it was hard to get into the property.

There was no mirror in the bedroom, the coffee that was advertised by the host, on video and online, was black and mouldy, the bed had ink stains all over it, the bathroom wasn’t clean, there was makeup on the shower controls, and paper thin walls between the bedrooms, was listening to next doors music most of the night
