Deluxe Studio Apt in Central Manchester

The bus stop is at the bottom of the road number 98 takes you into the town, it's £2 for a single ticket but you can buy an all day saver for £5 and then you are able to use it on any bus all day, their is also a convenience store and pizza shop beside the bus stop. The apartment was well equipped with everything that you need, and is in a quiet street, would book this apartment again if staying in Manchester. I was well informed from the hosts with any queries I had and they were very helpful and answered right away.

The only thing that I didn't like but was not much of a problem was our apartment was up in the attic and had a few flights of stairs to it if booking again i would ask for the lower floor.

Checked in at 10pm, my room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest, it was disgusting. Had to wait for a cleaner to turn up, then clean the bedroom and bathroom. Only got in the room over an hour later. Property refuses to offer any sort of compensation for this. Absolute shocking place. No sound insulation between rooms, can hear people slamming doors and everything through the walls. If they would have offered some kind of compensation, this review would be very different.

Very easy to collect keys and instructions were very clear bed was comfortable

Shower didn’t work at all, the flat wasn’t clean there were dead bugs everywhere. There were hairs remaining on the bed sheets which were not from us. The toilet kept giving off smells of fecal matter from the pipes and filled the room.

The bed was very comfortable and the wifi was fast! It was nice to have the TV which could connect to Netflix, Disney+ etc

There weren’t any additionals in the bathroom e.g. shower gel. The ‘hot’ tap on the sink only produced cold water and also the fan in the bathroom could be fairly loud and didn’t sound like it was running properly. The heater didn’t work and nor did the lamp.

The location

The mattress had a big gaping dint it was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on.
