Deluxe Studio Apt in Central Manchester

The property was very clean, quiet and really beautiful room. The facilities provided were in good condition. I love the kitchen wears provided. That was so thoughtful and all I needed.

The water pressure from the shower was too low. The water was also either too hot or too cold. This should be worked upon.

No key indicators - I had to try each key every time to guess which was for which door! Maybe a coloured cap?

Place hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, host wasnt very accommodating when we called about this issue and didn't even apologise for this. We was offered a full refund however this was not useful as we then would have had no where to stay. The host did then get a cleaner in fairly quickly (so we had to change our plans and leave the property instead of being able to rest after a long journey) and the room did appear to look better once we got back however still wasn't up to scratch and the towels smelt bad. Room was not as expected, it was absolutely tiny and the photos in the listing are very misleading. If you are given apartment 10 this is photo 115 of 118 on the listing which is what would be the attic and so only has a sky window which can't be opened and felt quite claustrophobic. We feel this room should be offered at a cheaper price to the others as it is so small and so different. Kitchenware was very minimal (no cutting knives, chopping board) and the one pan provided was so old and dirty it wasn't usable. Lastly it is no fault of the hosts however it was hard to get a good night's sleep due to other guests slamming their heavy doors in the early hours.

Nice modern looking room, good price & easy to get into the centre.

Although the bathroom was private it was located across the hall, couldn’t work out how to lock this from the outside so other people could use it.

Supplied with the wrong PIN code so I couldn't get in. Managed to guess it. There are two Duncan Streets in Salford so Uber went to wrong one! No towels when I arrived so I went out to buy some (they eventually turned up). Can't turn off bathroom light so had to keep door shut at night. No shower gel. Awful area (felt unsafe). Not really in Salford. Very complex heating system (3 switches) no instructions. Very noisy at night and in morning (screaming kids 6am Sunday). One room, not an apartment. Enough?

No breakfast. Location was very accessible and the WIFI was perfect!

Every request I made got a promise but never fulfilled. 1. I was told that the toilet and bathroom was meant for me and a lady stopped by to promise that the key would be made available the next day but I didn't see the key nor hear from her again. 2. I requested for a pot bigger than the only tiny pot in the room and a Male staff promised to look into it and get back to me the next day which never happened till I left.
