Hotel pulito, personale gentilissimo che ha preso in caruco ogni necessità (prenotazioni, contatti, spedizione bagagli), ed è disponibile sia la lavanderia a gettoni che uno spazio termale con docce e piscine separate per uomini e donne. Posizione ottima per raggiungere le principali stazioni (Hakata a piedi in meno di 10 minuti, altrimenti la metro Nishitetsu è proprio davanti all'hotel per Tenjin e l'aeroporto). Si trovano sotto l'hotel sia piccoli locali per mangiare e bere, sia konbini e un supermercato aperto 24h a pochi metri. Si raggiungono a piedi facilmente sia Nakasu Kawabata (area lungo il fiume con i classici yatai e spesso popolata di sera), il centro commerciale Canal City di Hakata, sia ovviamente il tempio principale della fede shintoista di Fukuoka: il Kushida Jinja, fulcro della tradizionale festa dell'Hakata Gion Yamakasa (a luglio, ma già a maggio si possono vedere ovunque nei centri religiosi ed economici dei quartieri della città i tradizionali carri monumentali da esposizione).

It’s in one of the best location I can think of. 1 min walk from the nearest train station. Right across from 7-11. So many good restaurants and eatery around.

The only downer is there’s no windows in the room that i was in so it felt kind of suffocating at times. There’s only a small window in the bathroom. And I didn’t like how there was no bathtub in the bathrooms to relax. Only a for showers.

We had a room with a double bed. The bed was small for Europeans, but it was a typical size here. Enough for sleeping. The room facilities were nice. We also had a microwave and a small stove, but some cutlery/chopsticks were missing. The staff was nice and even let us leave our suitcases at the reception before check in.
