Great location. Spacious house .large drive .Good facilities.

Lots of cobwebs.Shower needs attention (inside shut the door ) black mould .Lounge carpet needs cleaning or replacing. Double mattress needs replacing .

The location is great, the Londis corner shop is close nearby. The beach is a 5-minute walk and Aldi is a 7 min walk. The house itself is basic but clean and tidy. There are games and books, as well as a TV in the main bedroom and WiFi. We had a little Christmas tree too! I didn't stay there as I booked on behalf of a relative but they said they were happy with the house. From initial inspection, there was enough toilet roll, soap and basic cleaning products (so many places don't provide these at all) as well as towels. The kitchen cupboards had some storecupboard remains which is handy as again, it's better to have a little something on hand. There is plenty of parking space out front. The house is on a residential street so quiet at night. Not much to complain about, especially considering the rates. I would book this house again.

I didn't stay there so it's hard to comment on this.

The property is a bit tired, in need of a bit of a re-fresh, especially in the bathroom.

Location was great, in walking distance of shops and beach 👍

Great location. Very comfortable and homely. Had everything we needed for the weekend. Will definitely book again when visiting family in Porthcawl. If going for a summer break then the beach, entertainment etc is just 5 minutes away. Overall we all really liked the house and had a great stay.

Need instructions for the stairlift, couldn't get it to work but not a real issue as Mum managed the stairs. Had to put heating on high to get living room warm but meant rest of house was boiling. Just small things easily resolved. Didn't spoil our stay at all.
