Staff was not professional. They don’t bother about comfort. Keep knocking at door then step into the room without permission that’s annoying and disturbing sleep.

L’accueil car nous n’avons pas nos 2 chambres comme prévu. La chambre était sale et avait une mauvaise odeur. De la terre au sol , des cheveux dans le lit non fait et j’en passe.

Facilities good

The challenge is and my mistake really was that there was students still here so was woken up various times in the night as loud voices in the courtyard. Was due to stay 2 night , but ended up booking another hotel at 4am in the morning as didn’t want to have another bad nights sleep. So it’s just something to be aware of that if you’re thinking about staying . This wasn’t the venues problem or staff , just something to be aware of

For the price it good. It has basically everything you need in the room with a full kitchen except an oven as it only has combi microwave / grill. It is in quite area and has a large desk.

The duvet sheets did not have buttons and so the duvet was coming out and get scrunched up. There was fan on all the time in my room which made it noisy at night but I think was unique problem for my room which they will fix.

Great location and facilites. I loved my room and would gladly come back for a longer stay!
