I couldn't contact with the owner and didn't get the key. I have not place to sleep after book. It's very inconvenient.

The residence facility which pool and garden is great. But need to choose the right homestay and read the review properly before making the homestay booking.

1. Room/House furnishing not as per advertise in booking.com. 2. Deposit. Only know about deposit after the booking. and the deposit is to high which same as per rental 3. Communication with host. Phone number in booking unreachable. Receive call/whatsapp from other numbers which suspectable 4. Regulations and contract from owner. Received regulation form(around 20) to be signed where it almost check in time. Since already make payment and unrefundable, just sign the form. 5. Wifi. Although informed on the available wifi, not inform the password or how to access it. Used the building wifi only. 6. TV and netflix. 2 TVs. In living room with netflix and in bedroom but doesnt have any channel. MI TV stick plugged in the TV but not connect to power. Since too many regulation, not open the TV in bedroom at all. Supposed to watch netflix in bedroom but cannot. 7. Aircond. not working at living room. mentioned in regulation/contract form. but what I can do, cannot cancel after receive the form. 8. Fridge. Available but not switch on. dont know can use or not. 9. Bed. BEd for kids without mattress. I think it foldable bed. 10. Bedsheets and pillow. looks not very clean. my kids doesnt want to sleep on the sheets.

I just came back from a wonderful vacation at TWC Luxury Seaview Suites, and I’m already planning my next trip back! The rooms are not only spacious and clean but also have a cozy, luxurious feel that makes you feel right at home. What made the stay extra fun were the entertainment options. They have a PS4 with lots of games which was perfect for some gaming sessions in the evening. And the karaoke set? Absolutely top-notch! It was like having our private concert, and the instructions were so easy that we were singing our hearts out in no time. The staff here deserve a shout-out too. They were friendly, helpful, and always around to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether we needed extra towels or just some local tips, they were there to help with a smile. In short, if you're looking for a place to relax have some fun, TWC Luxury Seaview Suites is the spot. Beautiful rooms, fun activities, and stellar service—this place has it all. Can't wait to come back!

I reach there at 2 stg. Before this the owner didn't contact me at all with the details of checking in. When I reach there only I found out that the this owner didn't have any physical office there. The only way to check in is to contact the owner, and I make over 20 calls to him, didn't get any response. At the end, I contact with booking.com customer service to cancel the room... and I need to book another room again... really make troubles to me... NOT RESPONSIBLE AT ALL!!
