The room was not clean ,the bedsheet was very smelly and the room occupied with a lot of things,and there is termite on the bed ..effected all with a lot of bite and also the room lamp were not working only kitchen lamp can ON

The place seems too good to be true, the reviews seems fabricated (and turns out they actually are!). It is too good to be true, it's a scam that put low price to appear in front of searches, adds a full-month malaysian salary as cleaning fee hidden cost and don't even send the information on how to retrieve the key untill the very next day when the booking is not valid anymore. At that point blocks me on whatsapp and disappear. Insane

Avoid, I had only 2 days in Malacca and I spent them in dispair, wasted for this place, wasted the money and had to book something else.

superb swimming pool and gym, perfect location for all races looking for food and beverage

Self checkin was convienient, host was responsive to any hiccups faced.. sea view was amazing, managed to watch the sun set. Got netflix, cuckoo and the long mirror was added advantage.. missing only fridge.. enjoyed the stay.. definitely would recommend

host was a bit unpleasant, not guest-friendly, replied bit rude upon entered the room, the room had a bit of unpleasant, damp odor there were small cockroaches? on the wall, on the floor, bed etc we had to spray with ridsects but cleaning fee RM100? lights were dim and out of service at the main area (understand if it happened, but should've informed guest earlier- we paid for your service) cuckoo was not working, justified through a video sent to the host the place was nice for a staycation, but be careful with the host you will be dealing with, and to all hosts, if you want to do a property business or guest house - make sure that you are well prepared, experienced, learned and maybe have a good PR. Hope you'll improve from your side.

The room was full of dust under the beds. Kitchen pipe was leaking on the 1st night and nobody turns up or call to solve the problem until we check out.. so we cannot use the pipe and water dispenser at all.

studio simple tapi cantik dengan barang barang ikea and selesa. view pun cantik. one of the lowest price. love that you hv cuckoo and netflix and wifi.

for improvement maybe can add a small fridge and perhaps need to deep clean time to time
