Plymouth city centre apartment near Theatre Royal

Spotlessly clean and comfortable flat, nicely decorated and furnished, bed was lovely and comfortable, well equipped, central location

Owing to its location there was some passing noise at night but this is expected in a city centre so not really a dislike

Everything worked and in good condition. Shower excellent. Owner, Nick, very helpful and responds immediately to queries.

Nothing to dislike for us, but people who can not cope with stairs should be warned that flat at top of building (55 steps, no lift).

The bowl of oranges was very much appreciated, though a squeezer was needed to turn them into fresh orange juice for breakfast.

Climbing 60 steps to reach the apartment on the top floor. We knew in advance to expect the climb. A coffee pods machine would be appreciated

Really good value for such a lovely, well kitted out and well decorated apartment! Everything you could possibly need, comfy bed, easy check in. Great communication from the host and lovely little touches (like face mask and ear plugs, and some treats left for the stay!) Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Is worth noting it's up a few flights of stairs, not an issue at all for most but obviously some may struggle!
