Spacious, clean and nice apartment with lovely contrasting colours. Very big mirror in one of the bedrooms! A lot of light inside and a great view of the sea and sunset!

There's only 1 keyfob which is a bit impractical when you're staying with 2 groups of people. You can leave the keyfob in a small safe outside the apartment for the other group but there are still some inconveniences so my suggestion would be to have 2 keyfobs available. The key code lock on the door of the apartment itself is set on time of arrival. Although I do understand this, it would be nice to have a tolerance of 30min to 60min in case you arrive early. Because there's no way to leave your luggage like you can at a hotel or B&B. I'm aware there's an option to pay extra for arriving earlier or leaving later, but as we were travelling in the south of England there was no clue what time we would arrive. So again a bit of margin would be nice. However, the owners replied very quickly and reset the timer for us which was a nice gesture and solved this situation so this wasn't a big deal anymore. It was our first time renting an apartment so it was a bit overwhelming the rules we had to follow on arrival and departure. Again I understand that but as I was on a holiday I don't want to be bothered by rules I have to think of. Again this didn't prevent us from having a great stay at the apartment. Final remark is that the apartment is next to a busy street and police station. So there was a lot of traffic noise especially when it's busy in Margate. I realise I'm quite critical here but some of these improvements would, in my opinion, make a great stay even better than that. :-)

Very cozy and nice apartment in very good location. And that sunset on the sea <3 Good kitchen, good bathroom and excellent beds, pillows and duvets. We slept like babies.

Some problems with opening and closing the keysafe but owner promised to check and fix it immediately.

Location, cleanliness. Apartment was quiet, spacious and clean. A dream holiday! A****

Had to pay deposit upfront and was not aware of it before. Too much paperwork to complete beforehand.

The apartment was beautiful and also the balcony had the most perfect view to sit and watch the sunset over the beach.

The only slight thing is that the hot water in the bathroom can get very hot. Just incase you go with children test it first and make sure you put the cold tap on quite high when showering.

Really great flat in excellent condition with generous space and nicely decorated. The location is ideal with great views and easy to get everywhere

WiFi wasn’t brilliant. We were only there for two nights and if we had been there for longer I would have been irritated not to have a dishwasher. However, in the scheme of things, these are minor gripes and the positives far outweighed the negatives
