Amazing welcome hamper

There is nothing to not like

The location was excellent for Northumberland, The handrail on front door was very handy. Pity the conservatory was locked, but this did not detract from the stay, first class.

Location was excellent for us as we had several places we wanted to visit. Loved it being a little out of a town and really, really loved having a garden and conservatory to sit in. Took us a minute or two to find the bungalow as needed to follow the path a bit further than we did from the cul-de-sac but this was not a problem. Little snacks left for us and especially useful was the pint of milk for a cup of tea when we arrived. It was also very nice to actually meet Paula, who seemed very helpful (we never usually meet the owners so it was lovely to do so on this occasion). Kitchen well equipped and looked new, very nice. Loved the table in the lounge as useful and positioned so we could watch TV from there or comfortable settee.

Would have liked instructions on how to use/control heating as we did have a cold evening one evening and we switched it on and then roasted!

My recent stay at this charming bungalow was simply wonderful. From the warm welcome pack to the spotless cleanliness, every detail made us feel right at home. Upon arrival, greeted with a thoughtful package, we found ourselves in a cozy haven of comfort. The interior design was tasteful and inviting, creating a homely atmosphere that was truly comforting. The bungalow was fully equipped with everything we needed, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable living spaces, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Paula, the property manager, alongside her husband Keith, provided exceptional care, promptly addressing any concerns with kindness and professionalism. As I considered extending our stay, I discovered the unfortunate truth: the bungalow was fully booked. And rightly so. Its homely charm and exceptional hospitality make its popularity unsurprising. In summary, our stay was flawless, earning it a perfect 10/10 rating. I highly recommend this cozy retreat for anyone seeking a memorable home away from home experience.

Bathroom carpet - but it was clean The weather

This comfortable little bungalow in a good location for some of Northumberland's many tourist attractions. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice little conservatory at the back. There was also an outdoor seating area in a neat and tidy garden.

The only comment I would make is that there could have more surfaces to put things on and drawer space in the bedroom. A nest of tables in the lounge would have been useful, as there was nowhere to put drinks, apart from the floor when sitting on the sofa.
