Dimora Lavinia Casa vacanze Centro storico Ostuni

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora Lavinia. Mariadela greeted us and is kind, helpful, warm, and communicative. She responded quickly whenever we had a question or concern. The house is right in the historic district, and is really interesting visually and quirky in the way that medieval houses are. It’s gorgeous and fun. There are even three rooftop terraces, with views over the city. The beds are comfy, the water hot and plentiful with good pressure.

There’s not much, if anything, to dislike. We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi, but I think it was a larger problem with the provider.

The location was amazing, and the host was very kind and useful. He helped us with the parking and the luggage and gave a lot of tips for restaurants.

Posizione centrale ... Ma per chi ha valigie scomodo da raggiungere. Parcheggio a pagamento che non sapevamo, e da lì ci siamo dovuti fare tutto in salita. Particolare perché ha tante stanze, ma non adatto a bambino e disabili.

The property is in a great location , very close to the centre but also had many shops and restaurants very close by, the terrace is fabulous might just need a few more newer beds and chairs. The cover on the terrace could be a little larger so as to cover a larger area but was still lovely to sit with a drink in the morning, afternoon and evening.

Perhaps a kettle in each room so no need to climb the stairs to the kitchen in the morning and I think more furniture with drawers for smaller clothing items would be a welcome addition.

A beautifully renovated house in an excellent location. The owners were present and extremely helpful.

This property exceeded my expectations, it was beautiful and spacious. The location was amazing and the views of Ostuni from the terraces were unbelievable. Maria and Antonio were very helpful and friendly.

Nothing!! To note, if you have a large car or minibus there is parking available less than 5 minutes walk. As driving the narrow streets of Ostuni is not for the feint hearted!

This place exceeded my expectations! The house is absolutely beautiful! Maria is very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

In einem mittelalterlichen Gebäude, mitten in der Altstadt, mit toller Terrasse, kurz: eine außergewöhnliche, wunderschöne Unterkunft! Die (vielen) Zimmer verteilen sich auf drei Stockwerke, die mit alten, steilen Treppchen verbunden sind (nichts für beim Gehen eingeschränkte Personen) - das macht es sofort heimelig! es gibt auch ein Esszimmer mit einem großen Tisch, an den mindestens 6 Personen passen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man auch problemlos selbst kochen kann.
