Property is good but not worth

The staff was so rude we had a booking but still they made us wait saying we are making the room after waiting for one hour they said we only have two rooms and that was about 2000 rupees and we had booking of 1000 and at the same time they confirmed in the app but they denied at the time of checkin

"A total disaster."

The only thing I liked about this stay was their 24 hours check in facilities.

Everything is a disaster. First of all manager asked me to pay 670 rs more despite of paying full amount at the app only. I was tired and needed to sleep so had to agree . The rooms are not how it’s shown in the photos . Sheets were not clean had to ask the manager to change it . Towel in the bathroom was torn. No shampoo provided. Staff was not rude that’s a plus thing. Also the property has a shady vibe you can easily hear people doing their business with open doors( iykwim)
