Location was good. It was near the RRTS station.

We had already prepaid for the booking and it showed confirmed. When we reached the hotel, the manager said that there's no room available and shifted us to some other hotel for which we had to spend extra money for travelling and extra for the hotel, such a bad experience. Also, there was no contact number of this hotel, when we called on the given number, it was a auto generated call which also said confirmed booking.

"Very worst experience and poor audit compliances from OYO"

Worst experience

Bed were torn, cabinet were worm eaten and stinging bedsheets. Shower Knob not available. Naked hanging live wires of geyser. Exhaust not working. AC in damaged and broken condition, only hanging. Very poor , strictly very poor OYO rooms are! Surprised to experience that how OYO does yhe audit and qualifies these type of hotels for their group? Really disappointed!!

Tv set not working. Bad experience about breakfast booking. Booking voucher mentione breakfast including but the hotel staff say no breakfast included
