Several places to go for breakfast. Good prices, dog friendly. Or you could cook in the cottage. Best cottage we have ever stayed in. Spotless, there was nothing that you could add. Carol has thought of everything. Even down to extra dog bowls, blankets for them to lay on. There was even dish washer tablets, every toiletry you would need. Bathrobes. We cannot say enough about our hosts. Very welcoming. Tesco superstore just across the road. Bars and restaurants, cafes. Quirky little shops, chemist, pet food shop. Market Weighton is a lovely little town with excellent bus service.

You could not improve on perfection. Amazing cottage. With all you would need and more.

Explorers cottage was just a beautiful home from home for me, my husband and our 2 whippets. There were lots of little extras and there was nothing that hadnt been thought of

Excellent location and lovely property with everything by you, takeaway, cafe and Tesco directly over the road. Parking outside property also, host was helpful and very accommodating. Will definitely visit again.

One of the bedrooms is an attic room with no door, meaning noise carries. This would be absolutely fine for a couple or family, but doesn’t leave a great deal of privacy or quiet if staying with friends. This is particularly noticeable if someone is in bed with others in the living room, as there’s no door between the two

Many thoughtful extras, especially for dog. Location good with supermarket and takeaway opposite. Warm comfortable cottage
