Modern Seaside Townhouse feat Sauna near Brighton

Dan was very attentive and the contact before and at the property was very friendly, clear and informative. The property is exceptionally well presented and equipped. The location is only a short distance from the footbridge leading to the main town area plus just a short drive from there and has parking in and out of the drive for two cars.

Excellent location. Loved the sauna. There was always plenty of hot water and gorgeous big white fluffy towels, Saw a hedgehog in the garden.

The ground floor shower didn’t drain easily.

Super clean with no stain! High quality and clean for all the rooms with fan. Most appreciate the sauna room, super comfortable and clean with clear instructions.

It's a place that makes you feel at home from the first moment. Very accessible to the beach and the town on foot.

The location is great, the kitchen and sauna are spectacular.

The Townhouse at Shoreham-by-Sea is modern and in excellent condition. The facilities and amenities are of really high quality. The location is really good - close to the beach, station, shops, restaurants and supermarkets, and the High Street/ City Centre. I found all the instructions/ manuals made available throughout the house very useful indeed. I found the host to be very responsive and helpful in providing useful information about the house and area. We would most definitely stay at the Townhouse again!

Light and airy and tastefully decorated. It was fully equipped with comfortable beds and fans in the bedrooms. The TV had a choice of viewings, we didn’t have time to use the sauna on the ground floor but made use of the small garden area. It was close to the sea for a swim and had free parking. Perfect!

Everything was amazing at this property. It was by far the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in so far. The house was stylish, clean, and a little bit quirky. Everything in the house was to a very high standard, and we had everything we could possibly need for a great self-catering holiday. Shoreham by Sea is a beautiful town, and Dan is a wonderful host. We will be back for sure. Thank you, Dan, for a great stay and for all your kindness and recommendations.

Location great for beach, Shoreham shops, and for the train station with frequent links to Brighton. House was really nicely furnished and very well equipped. Dan was very helpful and responded quickly to messages.
