It's a really lovely house, exactly as described and as the photos show. The beds were very comfortable and Dan couldn't have been more helpful. Strongly recommended to anyone visiting the area.

Extremely well furnished , very comfortable and felt like home . Nothing missing !!. The sauna was a welcome addition. One short road to the beach with fantastic walkway along the coast. 5 minute walk over footbridge to the shops cafes and restaurants in Shoreham Slept very well too!

Only thing .. the furniture in garden needs tlc . However we did not need use of the garden !!

Friendly host, comfortable and beautiful house, thoughtfully well-equipped kitchen, don't miss the sauna!

Location isn't ideal, but as long as you know what you're getting then it's fine!

"Lovely stay in modern mid century house."

We had a fantastic festive stay over Christmas in this gorgeous house. The sauna was an added asset. Well equipped kitchen and great furniture.

The master bedroom overhead light didn’t work after the first day. We had mysterious allergy issues with the 2 sofa cushions which we removed.

Communication with Dan was excellent and always prompt. The house was very spacious and spotlessly clean with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Location was fantastic, very close to beach and town.

Maybe an overhead shower in upstairs bathroom but the shower on the ground floor was great.
