Great location, cozy apartment. Quiet neighbors. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed, but the owner promptly arrived and fixed everything. The only thing that might confuse someone (if you haven't carefully read previous reviews) is that there is a gas water heater in the room, which is connected to the neighbors' room, and it can be noisy (if you are a light sleeper). But that didn't stop us from relaxing. I would have come back here.

The elevator was turned off at the weekend and it is difficult if you have several luggage. I suggest to put instructions how to use the coffee maker and TV. No closet for clothes, only few hooks and hangers. I also suggest to have couple drinking water bottles on the first day. The check out time is 10:00 AM which is too early and they do not have a place to store your luggage for late flights.

Perfect location in the heart of town! Modern and clean apartment. The owner allowed me in earlier and also to leave a little later and this helped a lot!

There is a little too little natural light coming in but it was okay.

The location is very good, near the St.Stephens basilica.

There are two appartments in the same location. We stayed 4 days in apartment no.1.Both are one by another and you can hear everything that other guest in other apartment are doing. Water heather is too loud and TV is not working. When we find accomodation at booking it says that terrace is very good with a view to city centar but instead we got terrace with 4 walls and no view at all. The room is very dark and the heating panel is not enought for the room. A/C is not usable for heating.

Location was perfect. Little outside area was nice. Lots of amenities. Good size. Good price.

It could have been cleaner. Upon our arrival there was a small dry branch and dry leaves on the floor near the table, the sheets had hairs on them. Some old and dusty webs were hanging from the ceiling. The rest looked clean. There is the conduct of the boiler or water pump from the apartment next door that comes through the apartment or in the wall in common that is VERY loud and will wake you up if someone uses the water during the night - other reviewers said the same but I underestimated how loud it was.

Excellent location. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and finished to a very high standard. Excellent communication from hosts. Good value.

As other reviews have pointed out, the gas boiler close to the bed fires up when the neighbouring apartment uses hot water. This is a design issue, which I can appreciate that the owners cannot easily rectify. It wasn’t an issue for 3 of my four nights - but on one night, it woke me up at 1am and again at 5:20am. Otherwise I would have scored a ‘10’ for this property.
