"Great little place, near some highlights of the Higlands."

8.0

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, everything you could need. Well located for Fort William and the Highlands. Stunning location next to the water. I recommend the waterfall walk near the property.

I had expected a view from the description and pictures, so I was a little disappointed when I realised the property did not face the lake and mountains. This view could be seen if you stood high to look out the dormer in the main bedroom. I also hadn't realised that the property was adjacent to the queue for the Corran Ferry, so there was a line of cars idling outside most of the day, this detracted a little from the privacy and quiet we were seeking. The rooms are quite compact, not leaving much space when there is luggage etc.

"Beautiful and comfortable house near GlenCoe and Fort William. We will be back for sure!"

10.0

Lovely property with everything you need. Very nice to have a dryer and washing machine on site. Very close to Glencoe, Fort William and Glen Nevis. Ideally located by the loch, with ferry crossing available. Shops and restaurants were short drive away.

Nothing!

"Perfect experience in a wonderful house"

10.0

The house is just amazing - the proximity to the Loch and the Corran Ferry, which allows you to have a 'min-cruise' :-) to the pub on the other side, Glencoe being easy to reach, the quality of the interior and the equipment, the welcome gift, the availability of small, but important things (oil, vinegar, spices, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, etc.)...all in all a perfect stay... thank you very much, we will happily return during our next Scotland trip...

Very clean, well appointed property. Welcome provisions were a nice touch. Great location for the ferry to Ardgour to visit the pub and brewery

Nothing. Only one minor comment that the towels were small.

"Beautiful modern house by the loch and ferry; ideal base for Lochaber"

9.0

Great location by the loch right next to the Corran ferry and just off the main road. 15 minutes drive from both Fort William and Glencoe is very convenient. Very nice and modern house, with responsive hosts and good facilities.

Bedrooms are rather small, with the door blocked from opening all the way by the bed.

"A Hidden Highland Gem – More Than Just a Stay"

10.0

I booked this property after seeing the impressive 9.6 rating—and after staying here, I wonder where the missing 0.4 went. This is easily one of the best places I’ve stayed. The accommodation is part of a private villa with two bedrooms, located in a beautiful and serene landscape. There’s no reception or staff on-site; all instructions were shared clearly via Booking.com. Key collection was seamless with a code-based locker system. We were greeted with a clean, fresh-smelling wooden interior, a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, chocolate, and a lovely welcome note. The kitchen was fully equipped—frying pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, hob, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwashing liquids, sponges, and even drinking water in the fridge. We stayed for 4 nights and only ate out once for breakfast. The rest of the meals we cooked ourselves, including Indian dishes. This saved us time and money. The rooms were spotless and cozy. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, with well-maintained lawns and Scottish countryside views. On day three, we met the host—a wonderful, polite lady who even gave us local travel tips and books. Highly recommend this property not just as a place to stay, but as an experience in itself. A stay here, combined with drives along the A82 and visits to Loch Ness and Corran Ferry, will create memories of a lifetime. I cant ask for anything more ..

Absolutely nothing .. We cant ask for more
