Scottish Highland house Fort William

Lovely clean and comfortable cottage with all the comforts of home. Great location for walking and exploring being equidistant between Fort William and Glen Coe

Bigger bath towels would have been excellent

The house itself was perfect. It had everything we needed

Whole property is modern, well decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We arrived at midnight after a last minute booking (we had booked an air bnb in a ‘triangle’ house a few minutes away that turned out to be so horrible we left there and booked this). The host Roddy got up to help us get in, even though it was his birthday! There were welcome chocolates and Prosecco. It was such a contrast to the other place we were over the moon. Shower pressure was great and there are large (10kg) modern washer and dryer machines. The property is right near a small ferry, which is free for foot passengers. There is a pub on the other side, which takes 5 mins to reach.

The property was clean and welcoming. Location was convenient by a ferry so we had a wisp of a waterview. We had initial difficulty getting in, but the owner was there and let us in.

We would definitely book again. It is a wonderful cottage. My only suggestion to enhance the experience would be for the owner or agent to provide "Helpful Information" distributed prior to the stay. Information like location of grocery stores, gas, activities in the area. We took a day trip to Mull and drove down to the Oban ferry, not realizing that the Corran ferry would have been more convenient.

Beautiful location, wonderful house. Comfortable, clean, warm and spacious. Linda was so quick to respond to messages and assist.
