everything: We walked into the unit after fighting our way through literally hundreds of spiders. When we entered there were at least 10-15 dead roaches all over the floor and inside the bathtub. The rest of the unit looked like it jumped out of 1990. Definitely dated and didn't look very clean. My husband refused to stay even one night. We left within 5 minutes of what we saw and stayed somewhere else. When I contacted the property to explain our concerns and dislike for the property, I asked for at least a partial refund. I was told "All sales are final" and they refunded nothing. This was a $500 mistake on our part. Please don't make this same mistake. The manager was not interested in rectifying anything. I should have taken pictures but unfortunately, didn't think about it in that moment. My guess is this place stays in business due to all the "Final Sales" of ripping people off.

The inside of the condo was very clean.

Needs lots of upkeep and TLC. The outside stairs and banister were in bad shape. The inside was very outdated. It was clean but very outdated.

The area was peaceful and gorgeous

Charged for passes to use amenities at the resort, but we're there such a short stay that it was a waste of money for us, although I'm sure it would have been worth it for a longer stay.

The grounds are fabulous! The game room is great! Rooms are clean and comfortable! A 10 out 10! This will become a yearly stay for my family!

Everything was great.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. Great location right on the lake. We will be visiting again soon.

The water slide was down but other than that great.

No one told us where anything was at we just had to figure it out. Other than that we hated everything closed at 8pm even on the weekends.

The furniture in the villa was very uncomfortable.

The pools were kept up. The view was outstanding. The diner on property was well run and full of competent, kind workers.

Water slide closed. Mini golf closed. Unit was so dated and crumbling. I mean this literally. Pieces of ceiling falling down. Some pieces were on the twin beds. We brushed them off. Spider webs and huge spiders all over balcony. I couldn’t bear to sit out there. I swept some but the back corner was so thick with them that I was scared. Found a spider in the unit as well (black, size of dime). Floor weak and bending in all rooms except living area (pine planks there). Carpet and bedding appeared 30-40 years old. 80s-90s Red Roof Inn quality. I refused to sleep with Grandma’s Ghost Blankets and bought new ones at Walmart. Linens were rough and YELLOWED. Very gross.

The staff was so welcoming and warm.
