Impressive Apartment at Leeds City Centre

The property had black paint splashed all over the hall way and on the front of the building

The up keep was terrible the building was a disgrace I don’t know how they are getting away with it and people like me have got to pay

Actually nice place it’s everything you need

It was so cold inside even with the 2 portable heaters and the place had awful smell even from entering the main front door, I hoped it was just the hallways but the room smelt bad too.

The apartment is very clean and big. There is a kitchen with all equipment to use (although I didn't use it.) I was very happy with my stay.

The apartment was a bit cold. The building had no lift, so it might be a little difficult for people who have heavy luggage to get to the room as you need to go through a few set of stairs.

Location and comfortable.

Central location. Very clean. Comfy studio with a full kitchen and bathroom. Comms were great with the agent. Very secure / felt safe as a women on their own.

Only downside is parking. If you’re not familiar to the area, and coming by car, scope out car parks close by and head there first. Street parking is available free from 10pm - 8am Monday to Friday. Hourly charges in the day apply - if you can find a space.
