Didn’t stay because it wasn’t where the map showed it to be!

The fact that I couldn’t get any satisfaction with customer service! They charged me, even though I called prior to check-in time to say that the hotel wasn’t located where expected, and I wouldn’t be staying, and since it was no fault of my own, should NOT be charged!

"Great little staycation"

The staff was great! came here for my 10 year olds birthday and they made it so easy. My girls stopped by the front for snacks multiple times and the staff was so friendly.

honestly nothing. We really enjoyed our time and plan on doing more staycations there.

Everything about the hotel was first class. Very quiet and close to food options. The room was wonderful. Well designed for comfort and efficiency. Top notch experience.

Why when everything is of premium quality do places go cheap on paper products. It is not worth taking a point away but it is concerning.
