I had an excellent experience during my stay in Homewood Suites By Hilton Thornton Denver. The staff provided exceptional customer service — everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. I really appreciated the convenience of the self-service laundry and the ample parking available on site. The facilities were kept very clean and well maintained, and even though there were many families staying at the hotel, it remained quiet and peaceful throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains — a breathtaking bonus that made my stay even more enjoyable.

The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast. The quality and taste were, at best, mediocre, and it would be helpful if the hotel provided additional staffing during busy mornings to keep up with demand. Food items should be replenished more frequently so that guests who dine later in the breakfast hours can enjoy the same full experience as those who arrive earlier.

A beautiful, spacious room with good lighting and comfortable, attractive furniture. The breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast I have had.

Housekeeping could have been better. The room had refillable toiletries. The lotion dispenser was empty. Housekeeping came every other day. I would like a return to daily housekeeping. The toilet did not flush and we had to ask for maintenance to fix it. They did.

Great rooms, wonderful breakfast, and workout/pool space. We loved the fully stocked kitchen! So convenient.

A wonderful stay in a clean and friendly hotel! Having worked in the hotel industry, top-notch stay including breakfast complimentary of the area. I always appreciate a Homewood and this one did not disappoint. Easy access on and off the highway.
