"Relocated to St Paul St. from Calvert St."

6.0

The room I ended up with was clean, very neat.

The address that I booked (Calvert St.)was unavailable. I was relocated to another address (St. Paul St )about a mile away. My first arrival at the new location, it was a little hard for me to get into the second locked door at the top of the stairs. I was able to contact someone and eventually unlocked the second door. The bathroom on the 3rd floor was clean, but no toilet paper was available. I wasn't told if I should bring my own personal toilet paper. I was able to enter my room with no problems. I left out to get toilet paper, returned to St Paul, and I was unable to get through the second locked door at all to get to the 3rd floor where my room was located. I believe I was at the second door for at least a 1/2 hour or more, making several attempts to enter the second door. I eventually left the property and did not return. My last issue is that the private parking spot behind the property was infested with large rats. Their was lighting, but there could've been more lighting. Even with the one light on, there were a couple dark spots where someone or something could hide. I'm not surprised about the rats because it's downtown Baltimore and rats are a part of life in Baltimore, period. But it was just too many and like I said, I couldn't see the whole parking spot due to the one light. I mean, I like the people I booked Calvert St near JHU. It was just the St. Paul St. property I didn't like. Thank you. I appreciate your services. Have a good day.

Location

I had to barricade my door at 1:00 in the morning as someone was trying to get in my room. When I got up, the front door was unlocked and open. Could not sleep - very scary, and did not feel safe
