Convenient location to the venue I was visiting.

The air from the AC wasn’t cold. The post advertised a private bathroom, but I had a shared bathroom.

"Good deal, but no private bathroom"

Comfortable bed, great location, clear access instructions.

The listing included "private bathroom", but the bathroom was shared among four rooms on a central hallway. Smell of smoke was strong in hallway, still noticeable but less bothersome inside the room. One towel + one hand towel are not enough for two guests.
