Liverpool One Beautifully Presented 2 Bedroom Apartment

This might be a scam. I didn’t get to see the property as the key wasn’t available. After booking and paying in full for this property I was sent instructions on the key box location and code. There was no key box. The owner was slow to respond, eventually telling me the property had already been booked and refused to engage, referring me to Booking.com for a refund.

Great location.

It was Guy Fawkes night so hard to sleep because of the fireworks but nothing could be done to solve that.

The accommodation was easy to book and good communication with the owner. The apartment was in a good location near lots of restaurants and only 10-15 minutes walk to Royal Albert Dock, Beatles story, etc. Liverpool Central Station was closest but only by minutes. Lime Street station was about a 15-minute walk. Easy to find via Google maps. The apartment is indeed beautifully presented. It is very well stocked with all the kitchen essentials and lots of glasses. Comfortable beds and sofas. TV in lounge and very large double bedroom. Single was adequate for our needs. Could have stayed longer. Was lovely and quiet and felt safe at all times of day or night. Will recommend it to others and will definitely be back.

Only criticism was that there is nowhere to leave cases if arriving early or departing late. When you get there you will see why. However, the owner was very helpful, and we were allowed to arrive early due to no bookings the previous night. Thank you

The location is excellent. Lots of small independent shops and places to eat in the next street to the flat. Easy walking distance to all areas of the city and several car parks close to the flat. The flat is spacious and well laid out.

The overall cleanliness of the flat was disappointing. On first glance it looked clean and was tidy. However, the carpets needed vacuuming and the floors needed sweeping and mopping properly. The worktops needed to be cleaned properly not just given a quick wipe. A cleaning fee is charged so I would expect the flat to be properly cleaned. Patio door is missing it's lock and the empty hole lets air into the flat. It was also quite hard to slide.

Property was in a fabulous location. Amenities in the kitchen and bathroom area were fantastic. Lots of space. Prompt information on relation to gaining access to the property.

Single beds not very comfortable, lock on the balcony did not work, no wardrobes in the bedrooms.

Space in apartment, location, furnishings, kitchen was well equipped.

Cleanliness and stains on dirty rugs. Blinds were awkward to operate. Not enough hooks and no wardrobes.

Needs some tlc especially in bathroom and patio doors have hole where patio door lock should be . Also fob entry system failed on Friday night and had to rely on other residents to gain entry to building as owner could not help us which was not ideal as sat waiting for someone to exit building so we could get in . Worked the following day though.

Beautiful apartment. Very modern and spacious. In a brilliant location. Close to everything but no noise from any of the clubs and pubs. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be booking again
