"Disappointed with the Villa Experience"

Our recent stay at the villa was quite disappointing. The overall cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations. The bedsheets and blankets provided were already used and not fresh. The villa itself was not cleaned properly before our arrival. There was a lot of trash around the villa and a serious mosquito problem, which made the stay uncomfortable. Most importantly, there was no water in the villa, which caused major inconvenience. We had hoped for a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, the condition of the property did not allow that. I hope these issues are taken seriously and improvements are made for future guests.
