They have closed the swimming pool at 11 pm and started in morning 10 am when their attendant came. At the time of check out. They will start remind ur checkout since 9 am in the morning. Toilets were not cleaned and all the . Door hooks were broken

The villa was in good condition. The host is really helpful. It's a bit far from the city centre but there are cabs outside of the gated community. Everything was good.

Two room AC not working very bad

The location was serene. Privacy was there. Very spacious and excellent for families or friends outing.

Starting at the swing porch drinks glasses and garbage bags that stunk bad were there. Then with many doors the latch locks were partially broken or not working. Cockroaches were in the kitchen roaming in the utensils. Pool wasn't clean enough. Cigarette butts were there and sunglasses were also submerged in the pool. Upstairs, in the master bedroom AC wasn't working and the bedroom opposite to it had stained bedsheets which was later replaced. On the terrace roof ballons that were already blown off/torn and also beer bottles were there. Although bathtubs weren't mentioned in the property details, but if put to use will be more the merrier especially for romantic gateways as there are twin bath tubs in the property.
