The Perfect Stays Mountain Paradise Villa

Nothing we liked about.. it was worst stays of all.. Worst service worst place. Zero safety zero hospitality.

The property was very shabby it is not maintained at all nothing similar to what is shown in pictures Colour is falling out of the walls , lamps are broken looks like a haunted place.. Caretakers are useless they will not respond to your calls when needed It was not safe property washrooms were not clean the entire property was very very very dirty and shabby please dont book this property ever!!

Don't go on the photos... They just show you those photo and take you to some other location and give different villa. There were no water in the villa. No water for bathroom and to drink also. Also there were rats in rooms No television in the room. They just say television is given for repairing Sofa and bed are stinking. Despite of that the cleaning lady directly entered and started cleaning before our checkout

We really enjoyed our short trip and all thanks to THE PERFECT STAYS, they really served us very well took all care. Thankyou so much

Parking space is not like for 3BHK we parked 1 car after too much struggle. Wall leakage and paint removed I can not refer to anyone. For us it was waist of money and time. The stay was awesome we really loved it.

We enjoyed a lot but the only problem is they turnoff the lights in swimming pool after 11pm

There was nothing in the villa to be liked.....Whole villa stinks.....unhygienic to the core..... cockroaches all over the place including kitchen.... bedsheet, mattress, pillows etc etc everything stinks plus no water in the villa.....Bad AC...bad service as well....

I had the Worst experience of my life....my biggest mistake of booking this Villa..... Below is my honest review. Hygiene level was 0, infact the entire hall and the rooms were stinking....sofa was stinking.....hall and the rooms were dirty as hell.... Nothing in the villa functions properly....for eg...taps were broken, bluetooth speaker was not working, there were cockroaches all over the villa including kitchen... We faced water issues infact there was no water in the washroom as well.....we had to call the caretaker multiple times still there was no solution.....there was no water to even flush....we had to call the caretaker many times before we could go to the washroom and when the caretaker came we were provided the swimming pool water to use.......Beds, pillows, bedsheets etc etc everything was stinking even the mattresses were as hard as a rock......AC was switched ON only for the name sake.....no cooling whatsoever....I feel we only wasted our money by booking this Villa.....I regret my decision of going for this pathetic villa.....
