"Unpleasant experience"

There wasn't anything to like, it was under maintained. The staff was drunk when we arrived. There was a pool of water under the dining table (when we asked for help, the caretaker is like, there's a mop pls clean it.) there was fungus on the walls and dead roaches. The flushes weren't working nor the showers. The next day the cleaning staff was at the door since 9 while the check out is at 11- we had requested for 1130 as we checked in at 11pm last night. The cleaning staff was RUDE.!

Very easy to locate. Checkin process is very easy. There is caretaker to help you with everything. Security is available 24/7. Host is very friendly and cooperative.. there are proper services and amenities.. overall a very great experience.
