The Hilton standard from cleaness perspective is well maintained. The location is pretty good

1. The hotel is not maintaining clear transparent policy on the parking. The first day I arrived the hotel’s parking observer allowed me to park on the hotel front parkings, he opened the car’s door and was welcoming, suddenly the second day he asked me to park in nearby parking on the side of the street, although the hotel’s front parking were empty, but it looks like because I didn’t give him a tip, he decided not to alllow me for the close parking. 2. The hotel’s resturant is posting a sticker on the wall (No Smoking), hiwever there are poeple setting in front of this sticker and smoke in the resturant area while other people and families are eating and while the hotel’s staff see the smoker and no one will ask the smoker to stop smoking or leave the reaturant, despite the hotel is allocating an outdoor area for somkers. 3. The room is not serviced with Tissues/ napkins 4. The shower noise is very loud and affect quietness of the sitting area

الموقع النظافة منطقة الافطار كذلك وصلنا اليوم الاول وكان حجزنا اطلالة كاملة عالبحر وتم اعطائنا سويت باطلاله جزئية كلمنا موظفة الاستقبال ما اعرف اسمها وقالت ما اقدر اخدمكم هذا الموجود ورجعت كلمت موظف اسمه ayhan وقال اليوم الوقت متاخر ومانقدر نبدل بالرغم انه مو اللي حجزناه لكن بكرة نحاول وبوصي الموظفين وفعلا اليوم الثاني الساعة 11 الصباح اتصل علي موظف اسمه عثمان ويتحدث العربية محترم جدا وراني سويت جميل باطلالة ممتازة عالبحر وفيه بلكونه رائعه وقال اذا ناسبك نوديكم له قلت ممتاز وفعلا عمل لي ترقية وكان السويت جميل جدا شكر خاص للاخ عثمان على حسن تعامله واخلاقة
