Hotel was amazing and osman was great الفندق رائع جدا والموظف عثمان جدا مميز ومتعاون ويتكلم اللغه العربيه اوصي بالسكن هنا

Good location in the city. Some staff were friendly

Cleanliness the bedsheets and pillows smelled awful. We requested to change them it was slightly better but still awful. At days we would come back to our room and only the bed is made at other times the wash rooms were not even cleaned. We were not provided with the basics on our first day of arrival there were water in the rooms for other days we had to call daily to get water until we gaveup and started buying water from outside. We also had to buy our own tissue papers as after a few days the tissue boxes finished and we were not provided with tissue paper. We requested for and extra blanket and we had it for about three days and one day we came back and it was not there. Requested to have it again and i was provided with a bed sheet saying they are out of blankets in the full hotel 🙂 also they were out of toilet paper 🙂. We struggled with cleanliness and service.

موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا وسهل الوصول اليه بجوار الفندق مطاعم كثيرة ومقاهي ومجمع تجاري الغرفة الرئيسية والصالة واسعة المواقف كثيرة

في البداية كان الحجز مسموح بدخول الاطفال اقل من 18 سنة ولكن اخذوا مني قيمة نصف بالغ مع العلم انهم لم يعطوني اي غطاء للنوم الغرفة الثانية طلبت ان يكون السرير مفرد ولكن جعلوها كبير لا يوجد مطبخ نهائيا ( الذي يريد يطبخ لا يأتي هنا ) ربما عندهم في أجنحة أخرى
