"Best ever visit."

We stayed in Backheath Lodge for four nights and had one of the best experiences compared to all the 4* hotels we visited. This is not only for the tranquil atmosphere but most all because of the friendly, attentive and service oriented attitude of the staff. They litterally make the extra step that distinguises average from excellent. Special thanks and acknowledgment to Denzil and Rinalo who live up to these high standards. They live the brand, we would say. Keep up the excellent work and we definitely will come back

The decor, attention to detail, comfortable bed, nice touches like the shortbread biscuits available in the tea service area. Breakfast was delicious. Bar is a nice place to relax. Staff are great. Liked our large private patio. Location is great.

"Villa Gareloch - great stay!"

What a place! We booked two rooms for the family but got upgraded to their Villa Gareloch, literally in front of the reception. Great space, well maintained and very well decorated. The staff is very nice and always eager to help. Riano is a star! He was able to suggest activities and made sure the family was well kept during the stay. Would definitely return.
