Perfect location for exploring Cape Town! Staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful and professional. Simon was great! Recommended and booked restaurant for us. Room was amazing and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. We will be back!

The bed was comfortable and the rooms and guest areas clean. The linen was good quality.

very limited parking space. no water in the rooms no phone in the room, so you have to walk to the reception area for any room assistance like laundry needs. rooms are quite small so it felt a little claustrophobic. They had navy washing towels and white bath towels. I generally prefer white ones as they appear more cleaner.

Great staff, excellent cleanliness, very quiet, would have preferred a bit of buzz!

Location is good. Bed sheets are clean.

It is definitely not 4 star hotel. Room is very small, shower is narrow and the floor has a bowl shape that is a bit slippery, there is a lot of furniture in the room that blocks any narrow corridor. It doesn’t look generally well maintained. Despite it looks fine in the pictures. Sun always makes things betters. I believe it is overpriced!
