The location and hosts were amazing! Upon arrival, Sandy & Dan were so warm and welcoming. It really felt like I was spending time with friends . The apartment was so clean and perfect for a beach vacation. I felt safe and secure . Everyone in the neighborhood were super friendly and nice as well.

"Great spot, near town of Guilford, would book again."

Lovely quiet safe location, short walk to beautiful shoreline. Homely feel, coffee pods and milk provided. Friendly helpful host. Parking spot.

Host ask us this, could not think of anything. Have now thought hand towel and drying cloth in kitchen would be good.

"Lovely weekend getaway"

The studio apartment is definitely cozy and very well maintained. We only stayed a weekend but had everything we needed for the shirt stay. Has a private entrance and access to their lovely yard and private beach. Driveway parking spot. The bed and sofa were super comfortable (we’ve been sleeping on a 16yr old mattress at home 🥺). Roku TV, free WiFi and snacks provided. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the beach, which is within walking distance, when the weather permits. The hosts get 5 stars! They were super sweet and very hospitable. We hope to come back and go kayaking. We got too much rain this weekend (9/6-9/7).

This is our second time visiting Guilford, and we chose to book this cute little appartement again because it's so cozy and Sandy is so welcoming and caring! the beach is perfect to relax and enjoy some kayaking. Always a pleasure to be there
