The studio accommodation is not fit for purpose. Absolutely no sound proofing! Any activity from the above studio is amplified below. Management know this is an issue but are more than happy to falsely advertise all property as a retreat. Several hundred pounds in, I left more exhausted than I arrived.

"Great except for the electricity bill and the weather!"

The place was absolutely fine, just one negative issue. We arrived at the place to find that an electricity charge would be added to our bill. Now I can see why you did this BUT the information about the charge was well hidden on the 11th scroll down page on your website, this does not seem an acceptable way to treat the people staying with you: the need for a charge should be up front.

Had an amazing time, great location, great walks , lodge was really clean and very spacious, The leisure centre was great after a day of outdoor activites, would defo recommend

"Disappointing facilities, and lack of management support"

The receptionist was very friendly

Our lodge stank of food, and even after airing it for several hours it still was so bad we could not stay in the facility. We didnโ€™t get offered an alternative solution left to go home - so instead of staying for two nights we didnโ€™t spend anytime at the facility. Despite raising this the hotel refused a refund or any gesture to recognise the issue. We will never stay in a Hilton again.
