Modern Apartment with Balcony and Parking

Apartment is good and well equipped. It is comfortable for 3-4 persons. It is 30 mins walk to city center. Closed parking spot is a big advantage.

Check out is too early when we think that check in is at 15.00. But the real problem is the smell at the second bathroom and ıf you don’t stuck something under the door or even in the key hole the smell is coming out. This never goes away, that’s way we can just use the toilet part. Getting into shower was hard with that smell.

Everything was perfect, smooth check-in, car was safe in an underground parking Very close to the subway station

A szennyvíz szaggal kellene ott kezdeni valamit. Elég büdös volt időnként.

The apartment is really good and modern,all necessary things are included. I liked the parking spot, it was really convenient. The instructions from the host were clear

Really only 2 things which I disliked: 1) strange unpleasant smell in the bathroom (I assume , some issue with canalization), and 2) no big mirror. The 2nd one really does not matter for a short term stay

Помешкання нове, комфортне, чисте і охайне. Кухня обладнана сучасною технікою, в наявності багато посуду. Балкон виходить у внутрішній двір. Будинок розташований дуже зручно, поруч є станція метро, близько до зупинок громадського транспорту. Великий і важливий для нас плюс - наявність закритого підземного паркінгу, оскільки без хвилювань можна залишити авто і цілком насолоджуватися прогулянкою по місту. Власник досить швидко відповідає на повідомлення, а також додатково надає інформацію про цікаві місця, які варто відвідати і як туди потрапити.

Не достатньо потужна вентиляція у ванній, відсутні гостьові тапки.
