It is located in the central area, walking distance from the city centre. Extremely quiet, given the fact the train station is across the street, but luckily the balcony opens to the inner courtyard.

The only minus was that upon arrival there was an extremely strong and unpleasant odor coming from the drainage, but it subsided by the next morning and it never came back, since we used the shower and sinks quite frequently.

Fully furnished, great kitchen, host is easily reachable and reacts to messages quickly. Check-in (keysafe) was uncomplicated. Location is great if you want to walk around or use the public transport (metro and bus <200m)

There was a slight unpleasant odor from the drains (which usually happens when they are not in use regularly) so we took long showers and it was okay again :)

It is easy to assess things that I would like for my stay .

The water system. I meant about the temperature of water was not smooth.

The apartment is ok but communication with host makes it not nice experience. There is balcony + nice sofa + big kitchen with everything you needed

Walked into a messy kitchen( a lot of bags from previous guests, dishes in dishwasher, not clean kitchen cupboards and so on ). There was only 1 pillow left on the double bed and the spare ones were without cases. It was uncomfortable to sleep. The blinds wasn’t working at first but after playing with the battery around half an hour it started to work. Check out is very early 10 am but they did allow me to check out at 11am+ after late check in and arguing in the end. In general host doesn’t know how to communicate with guests and not really interested run out the business
