Baymont by Wyndham Corpus Christi Airport

I like that it was a very quiet stay and that when I had trouble with my TV the staff helped me fix the problem right away. The location was quiet. Friendly staff. I would probably come back but hope they do have few things upgraded

The shower was a little small but the hot water was amazing. The breakfast even tho was just a continental breakfast still could have been put into more effort like adding muffins and instead of using those cereal containers for three cereal just get those easy on the go cereal cup that has a variety of different cereal. The coffee didn't have cream or regular sugar just sugar substitute. The staircase could use some attention to it felt lose concrete and was much trash in it. The door on the room needs like a strip around the door because I could see light coming into the door like it wasn't closed all the way. The elevator didn't work sometimes because it had got stuck just glad I wasn't on it when it did

Quiet place staff friendly. Room was nice clean. Could use more bath soap.

Okay it was a good stay but let me break it down. I got in town early around one asked could I do early check in he said yes for $15. I had been driving over six hours and was ready for a shower and wanted to relax so I paid it. The room was clean or at least appeared to be I noticed it wasn’t when I took my shoes off and walked around preparing to bathe my feet was black within 5 minutes the sink had hair in the sink as if someone shaved and the janitor didn’t clean it. I travel with colored wipes so I cleaned the sink no big deal. I put my iPad on the little shelf that hangs on the wall and it broke I called to let the front desk know because I didn’t want to be charged he said maintenance would come they never did so I went to the office again to let him know. He said they were short staffed or something to that effect. But this is nothing against the front desk they were so warm and welcoming day two the elevator went out I was on the third floor with a knee replacement so that was a bit of inconvenience but I didn’t mind as long as it was fixed by the time I left which was day three because I had a ton of bags and it was so that’s no biggie. The issue came on day two the janitor came didn’t make the bed didn’t clean the tub or mop all she did was dump the trash didn’t give me another tissue roll keep in mind I only had one roll to begin with no extra and she didn’t give me any towels. So at this point I call and tell on her. I tried not be because everyone needs their job but I was fed up. The front desk sent her to my door within three minutes but upon seeing her I didn’t even want her in my room. She was beautiful just made me wonder why was she half cleaning I said don’t worry about it just give me towels and cleaning spray so I can clean the tub she gave me a rag and spray and said it wasn’t any clean towels for the floor that she was washing and would bring them back and she did an hour later.

Staff was nice, once you enter to the lobby it seams decent but once you enter to the room it's different room was dirty floor had hair ties from other people, microwave was dirty, their was alot of dirt.

Rooms were clean and the location is pretty good close restaurants.

No extra toilet paper and sink didn't drain properly. Took a good while for water to go down.
