Wasn’t even informed that they even had a breakfast available

There was a whole toilet full of feces that was clogged up when we got there. Had to call the front desk. No iron, no hair dryer, coffee pot missing parts , no blankets on the beds , only 2 top sheets on each, a gross film on the bathtub, not very clean overall

Our main door had a crack in it so you could see daylight. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies to be able to use the bathroom. Hair everywhere. Sheet were probably washed but there were stains all over them. Bugs everywhere probably coming through the crack in the door, including cockroaches. Elevator sounded like it broke with us in it and after we got off the door wouldn’t close again. Overall, would not recommend these accommodations. They don’t seem to care or see the need for cleanliness.

The staff were nice and the room itself was very neat and clean.

The water started to get backed up in the tub during a shower, and it was kind of gross.

Did not sleep well due to bedding quality. 40 threadcount sheets, no actual comforter only bedspread that wasn't much thicker than two sheets. Towels thin and rough. Continental breakfast was a joke. No juices, only couple slices of bread, and some waffles; only edible things there. No fruit or yogurt, and a little cereal. The tub drain was broken and water took long time to get warm.
